– 1 lemon, sliced
– 115 ml. mineral water
– 225gr. plain sugar
– 200 gr. ginger (peeled and chopped)
– 450 ml. filtered water
– A drizzle of lime juice
– Some ginger juice
– A drizzle of honey


Bring the water to a boil. Add the ginger and cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes then strain it. Pour a cup of the boiled water over the sugar.

You should mix it until it dissolves. Next, mix a third of the liquid with ½ a cup of mineral water and ½ a cup of ginger juice. In the end, add the lime juice and some honey.
